What is personal information collected and why do we collect it?

Workshops, courses, meetings, and retreats (onsite and virtual)
If you participate in a discussion forum, virtual meeting, chat room, or webinar, unless specified otherwise, you should be aware that the information you provide there will be made broadly available to others, who have access to that discussion forum, virtual meeting, chat room, or webinar. In addition, each participant’s opinion provided in these forums or rooms is his or her own opinion and should not be considered the opinion of Therapeutic Innovations International or Elizabeth Joy Shaffer.
Please be advised that any in-person or virtual live events may be recorded by the host. By signing up for any group service or educational training provided by Therapeutic Innovations International and Elizabeth Joy Shaffer, or any other host authorized by Therapeutic Innovations International and Elizabeth Joy Shaffer, you expressly acknowledge that we may make and store recordings for online meetings, courses, workshops, or webinars. In addition, recordings may be accessible to hosts and other attendees or registered participants at the direction of Therapeutic Innovations International and Elizabeth Joy Shaffer. If you do not want to be recorded, you can leave the meeting or webinar or continue to participate with your microphone and/or video turned off.
Recording of meetings, courses, workshops, seminars, and any other service provided by Therapeutic Innovations International and Elizabeth Joy Shaffer by the participant is strictly prohibited. This is to ensure the privacy of our participants is maintained. If caught recording and service or event hosted by Therapeutic Innovations International and Elizabeth Joy Shaffer, a legal complaint may be filed.
