Embark on a fun and engaging parental growth journey with us and become less triggered by everyday stressors.

Explore new approaches and perspectives to become more resilient when facing difficult parenting moments.

Discover how to minimize the perpetual feelings of parent guilt and frustration to make more room to feel more love and joy.

When our relationship with ourselves becomes stronger, the relationship with our loved ones does too.

Can you relate?

Feeling frustrated a lot?

You desire things to be different, but you are fighting the same battles each day with little to no support from others.

Feeling Overwhelmed?

It seems like you are always busy, but yet at the end of the day you feel like you did not accomplish anything on your never-ending to-do list.

Always worrying about your child?

The day is filled with repetitive thoughts about your child (Won’t overcome.../ Will not be able to… (make friends, focus, live a certain way) which puts you in a constant state of fear and anxiety.

Feeling burned out & depleted?

You have too many obligations, no time for yourself, and you spend all your time supporting everyone else’s needs, leaving you feeling exhausted at the end of the day.

Feeling judged by others?

You feel others (teachers, family, other parents, doctors, mother-in-law) are judging you every time your child does/does not do something.

Is feeling joyful a distant memory?

You are dealing with so much right now that spending quality time doing things you enjoy with your child, partner, or friends feels impossible.

Feeling disconnected?

The connection between you, your child, and your partner is not how you want it to be.

Would You Like To...

  • Face challenging parenting moments in a way that supports growth for you and your child

  • Change your parenting paradigm so you can live with more joy and less stress

You will learn how to use simple but effective tools and practices to approach your "triggers" with resilience and feel more relaxed and peaceful so that you can help your children to do the same.

Seeing and experiencing things that used to trigger you in a new light.

Step to Becoming a Resilient Parent

Awareness is the first step towards making the positive changes you desire.

Healthy Mindset

We can't change others, but we can change our perspective and thoughts towards them, the situation, and ourselves.

We can't give what we don't have (even though many of us do this a lot to the demise of our own health and wellbeing).

Why this course & why now?

When we experience high levels of stress, our relationships become strained and stressed as well. When we better manage our stress, the door opens to creating more positive and loving connections to those around us.

When our health and wellbeing suffers, the family suffers.

Our children (especially our sensitive ones) feel our emotions. When you are overwhelmed or feeling discontent, even when we say we are OK, our body and emotional energy tell a different story. What emotional energy do you want to share with your child? Frustration, guilt, sadness or courage, gratitude, acceptance and love?

No one taught us how to handle parenting challenges, how to care for ourselves so we can better care for our children, and how to balance everything.

Life can be different when we have the knowledge, tools, and support to create a new story.

Every moment is a teachable moment for our kids. What lessons are we teaching them? That being an adult is full of stress, no fun, lots of burdens? Don't you want to show them that parenting can be fun, they are fun to be around, they are loved for who they are as the are?

Getting started: What awaits you and why it matters.

Awareness is the key to change.

Understand the ABCs of overwhelm to improve wellbeing.

Develop a healthy mindset.

Increase your energy.

Self-regulation success within the family.

The Resilient Parent is designed to address the specific needs and challenges of parents raising children who are differently abled and neurodivergent. However, the curriculum is also applicable and open to all parents (I believe in inclusivity for all).

Mother of a young girl with autism

Excellent resource for parents looking to make that leap from frustration to problem-solving mode. Parents will gain the confidence that working to regulate our own emotions and stress will help us carve out a safer space and a calmer environment for both parents and children to thrive.

I did not even realize I needed this course, but I am so grateful I joined. This is something that every parent needs to do for themselves and their children.

Single mother of child with developmental delays

Extremely helpful. Clearly we need to be able to reduce our own stress and stress in the household in order to help the kids reduce theirs.

Mother of two with special needs

I have worked with thousands of children and families worldwide.

As a doctor in the field of Occupational Therapy, a mom who has worked through similar challenges as you are facing now, and one who has first-hand experience managing the struggles that can come when living with neurodiversity, I know what our obstacles are and what it takes to move beyond them.

21 Day Try & See

If you have not yet experienced the benefits of a parental growth program or online learning, or if you are unsure if this type of support will meet your needs and schedule, I invite you to "try and see." If, anywhere within 21 days (of starting the live workshop or online course), you decide that this is not for you, just let me know, and you will get a full refund - no questions asked.

Can I afford this?

The changes you may see within the family from using the tools & practices within this program are priceless. I do not want this to be a barrier to joining this program. Many of you may have already invested a lot of time and money in various therapies, and I have done my best to make sure this investment is one that you are glad you made. This 6-week program with an additional 6 months of monthly coaching support costs less than 2 individual therapy sessions. Also, if you decide it is not helping you, you can get a full refund if requested within the first 3 weeks.

Who is this for?

The program is specifically designed for parents raising children who are considered to be neurodivergent. Neurodiversity is a term used to describe individuals that process information internally (mind and body) and externally (environment and social situations) differently than others in a manner that can make performing certain tasks more difficult compared to others. Some of the diagnoses that fall under the umbrella of neurodiversity include; attention deficit disorders (ADD/ADHD), autism, anxiety, dyspraxia, dyslexia, obsessive-compulsive disorder, & sensory processing disorder. I do believe in inclusivity and parents who wish to join, but their child does not have a diagnosis, are welcome to take part in this workshop.

Do I have time for this?

Absolutely! I know how busy parents are, so I developed this program to give support and information in a way that creates less overwhelm, not add to it.

Is this an evidenced-based program?

I published a research article on the impact of an earlier version of this program on decreasing parental stress, which has been downloaded by 73 institutions, including Yale, Stanford, and King's College London. You can see the research article HERE.
