Would you like to join us?
Pathway for Parents and Caregivers to...
Enhance energy (emotionally, physically, & mentally) to mindfully manage challenging moments
Explore diverse self-regulation strategies to use at home that can be easily integrated into every day routines
Empower their child’s well-being by working on their own (we can’t give what we do not have)
Embrace new routines and habits that minimize stress and foster more fun moments between you and your child
Our highly sensitive kids do best when they are less stressed, and often, parents do, too. The world needs more joy and less stress, so join us in the movement to mindfully manage life stresses with more joy and less overwhelm.
This free talk addresses the common challenges and stresses that can come with raising a child who is highly sensitive or has a diagnosis of autism, ADD/ADHD, or other differences in development that can require extra support.
However, these tools can benefit all, and as we believe in inclusivity, all parents and caregivers are welcome to attend!
Excellent resource for parents looking to make the leap from frustration to problem-solving mode. Parents will gain the confidence that working to regulate their own emotions and stress will help them carve out a safer space and a calmer environment for both themselves and their children to thrive.

US Surgeon General: "There is an urgent need to better support parents, caregivers, and families."
Parenting today can be stressful and often overwhelming. For parents navigating the complexities of raising a child with autism, ADD/ADHD, or other developmental delays or diagnoses, the challenges and stresses are often magnified.
Many parents do not realize they are operating from a state of stress, depletion, depression, or anxiety (this included me), as this way of being has become normalized.
The US Surgeon General's Advisory highlights the link between unmanaged parental stress and compromised well-being and children's long-term health and well-being.
When parents learn the art of successful self-regulation and stress management, they can mitigate these negative consequences while modeling how to manage life's challenges mindfully with ease (and a bit of joy).
